Refund Policy

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at whitelab.studio. We'll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at whitelab.studio, you agree to the terms along with whitelab.studio's Privacy Policy.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don't hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our product.

Refunds

We at whitelab.studio commit to providing high quality digital products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The product must not have been extensively used or its core functionality fully consumed.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

Subscriptions

For subscription-based products:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
  • If you were charged after you believe you cancelled, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Free Products

Products marked as "Free" do not involve any monetary transaction and therefore are not subject to refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email at info@whitelab.studio with your order details and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

  • The refund request is made after the 14-day window.
  • There is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
  • The product was purchased through a third-party platform (e.g., Chrome Web Store) — in such cases, the refund policy of that platform applies.
